Jeffrey Tefertiller

The CEO and founder of Exceleration Training, Jeffrey Tefertiller, has spent his career helping leaders – and their organizations – be more successful. With specializations in AI, ITIL and digital transformation, he has 30 years of experience leading large global initiatives and teams, with a broad span of control, and P&L responsibilities across many industries. He is the author of 10 books and has created Exceleration Training to provide IT professionals with exceptional, up-to-date training to prepare them for the next iteration of IT in business. ​
